( 6.02.09) Top 20 Finalists announced!!!!Hi Everyone! Round one is OVER! Firstly, we'd like to say a big THANKYOU! to everyone who submitted videos and voted. This is hopefully the first event of many to come. We would like to congratulate the top 20 that have gone through to Round 2, and wish them all the best of luck. Also a special thank you to Level 91, Family in Brisbane, Infekted in Melbourne, Federation Square, Category 6, Nectar Lounge, Puma, Nandos, Dancemusichub, Alternategear, Wedancehard.com, Vicious clothing, Defcon, Mixology Digital Records, ASMT, Ministry of Style, Campbell and friends from Brizshuffle.com, the guys at Dark Knightz and Melbourne Shuffle, and all the people who have supported us so far. If you are in the top 20, you would have (or will shortly) receive an email explaining the process for Round 2. The top 10 voted by you have gone into round 2, as well as 10 entries we thought were worthy of being included to make up the top 20. Having said this, it was an incredibly hard decision for us, and our initial short list of 30 was so hard to cut down!! So now we have our very first top 20!!! We are so excited, and are looking forward to the next phase of "So you think you can Shuffle", it's gunna get good from here! So, what happens now? Our first ever Australian Shuffler Top 20 now have one week to edit up a new vid using the brand new track "S.H.F.L" which everyone can download for FREE in the VIP lounge. The new vids then go up on Monday February 15th, when voting starts again. Then, it's up to to decide who will be the Australian Shuffler 2009!! Make your votes count, vote for who YOU think should win. Thank you all for being a part of our new Shuffling family. We have some wonderful things planned for the future, and dreams to take Australian Shuffler around the country and around the world. We are serious about bring the best Shufflers to the world, and we are happy you are a part of it so far.
